Following 2-enquiry phone calls and a visit to the shop (3hr round trip), I can honestly say the staff catered for my every whim, can I try this, can I change that, they are knowledgeable, patient and accommodating, .On returning home and assembling my new kit, I found there was a small component missing, on speaking to a young lady at the warehouse, she assured me I would receive it in the post the following morning and it was. A VERY BIG THANK YOU to all the staff who are brilliant and that's from a grumpy old man.

I've just started archery with my son and despite some lessons, we found trying to remember how to string our recurve bows very difficult. I was so glad to find your tutorial videos as the American videos were appalling.
